We are pulling together a peacekeeper collective for direct actions/marches/??? here in South Bay/Silicon Valley area.
Our first action will be the Occupy the Courts rally and march on Friday, January 20th at 12 noon.
We will meet at 10 am to do a brief training and to divide positions.
We need Peacekeepers for the action on Jan. 20th. If you want to join the peacekeeper collective and join us on Jan. 20th, there are two files for you to read:
- The first is a Peacekeeper 1-Pager you can review and keep in your pocket for a quick-reference guide for the action on Jan. 2oth.
- The second, a more detailed Peacekeeper overview, I would like you to read before the training. There are some good examples and explanations of how to respond in different situations.
Please let me know if you will be able to join our peacekeeping team on Jan. 20th. We sure could use the help!!!

before Occupy L.A. was eivetcd by police, the General Assembly of the occupation passed a unanimous resolution calling for a constitutional amendment to end
